3. User Accounts

Employers posting jobs agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner
• Not use the Service for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes

6.2 Applications

Candidates submitting applications agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not submit applications for jobs for which they are not qualified
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of employers

We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers or the employment outcomes of candidates.

7. AI-Powered Features

Our Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide matching, recommendations, and analysis features. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content and recommendations are provided for informational purposes
• AI results may not always be accurate or complete
• You should exercise your own judgment when using AI-generated information
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations

8. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By making a payment, you agree to:

• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of job postings, candidate profiles, or other user-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIREO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hireo and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hireo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
