Where does the data come from?+
We source public LinkedIn profiles via compliant providers. Verified contact is enriched only when you choose to reveal a candidate.
How many contact reveals do I get?+
Your plan includes 100 verified email reveals per month. Search is included in your subscription and does not use reveal credits.
What contract is this?+
It’s the recruitment service agreement between you and the hiring client. It sets the agreed payment and the guarantee period, and both parties sign it online. It is not the candidate’s employment contract.
How does payment work?+
You send a charge and the client pays by card or bank transfer through a secure link. Hireo deducts the platform fee, transfers the rest to your account, and holds the funds until the guarantee period ends.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time.
