What types of services does Hireo provide?
Hireo is a hiring platform that focuses on potential, not just credentials. We help candidates prepare through AI-powered analysis and in-platform training (soft skills, hard skills, resume optimization, LinkedIn presence). For companies, we provide deep discovery interviews to understand their needs, then match them with 3-5 prepared candidates who actually fit.
What is the history of Hireo?
Hireo was started in December 2025 by a solo founder who has been helping people get hired since 2022. First paying customer in week one: USD 5k for placing 2 engineers. We're launching in March 2026 in São Paulo, Brazil, starting with Software Engineers, then expanding to Product Managers, Designers, and more roles.
